OUTREACH EGYPT

Established in 2009, Outreach Egypt is a leading company in social development with particular focus on communication, awareness, and outreach.

With a vision to promote inclusive economic growth, we have a longstanding experience in project design and program management. We implement projects with complexities addressing social and economic development in Egypt.

We design creative innovative campaigns and projects through holistic and strategic approaches. We use strong communication methods and tools to maximize outreach, raise awareness, increase visibility, and ensure impact and sustainability.

We implement projects in all of Egypt’s governorates, allowing the team of experts to understand traditions, culture, challenges and opportunities of the areas from Delta to Upper Egypt, all the way to Al-Nuba and reaching out to Al Wadi El Gedid, and Western Desert.

We aim at integrating social development within business models for cultural awareness, behavioral changes, socio-economic impact, and sustainability.

Managing Director

Heba stands at the forefront of Outreach Egypt and has championed new business opportunities to ensure growth and sustainability of the company. El Rifai has a double B.A degree from Cairo University and AUC in Mass Communications and Egyptology, and M.A in Cultural Heritage Management from the French University and the University of Paris

Dalia El nazer

Business Development & Operations Director

Dalia is one of the most prominent and leading experts in communications & visibility in Egypt. A successful entrepreneur herself, ElNazer has coached startups and women-led SMEs to help them achieve their goals. She holds a degree of M.A and B.A in Mass Communications from the AUC, and studied Human Rights & Gender at Utrecht University

Safaa El shafei

Executive Director

Safaa is a leading expert in public
relations and media.
Throughout her career, she has mastered the
financial management and financial
reporting for complex projects and ensures delivery
of projects with quality through her monitoring and evaluation tools and systems.
